Fair terms for professional services
This policy applies to paid analytics engagements agreed directly with Agentkernelbase. Pricing shown on this website is informational only.
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs approved in writing. Once work has started, any refund is limited to the unearned portion of fees after completed work and committed costs are deducted.
A proposal may identify a deposit as non-refundable where it reserves specialist time or covers initial discovery. Purchased data, approved software access and other client-specific materials are non-refundable. Completed analysis and delivered workshops are not refundable.
Briefings and workshops may be rescheduled without charge with at least two business days' notice. Later changes may incur reasonable preparation or reserved-time costs. A missed session without notice is treated as delivered, except in emergencies considered case by case.
Email hello@agentkernelbase.digital with the engagement name, invoice number, reason and relevant details. We assess requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval; bank processing may take longer.
